If you disagree, contact us at the toll-free number shown on the top right corner of your notice or respond by mail to the address on your notice. If you write to us, include a copy of the notice along with your correspondence or documentation.
We'll reverse most changes we made if we reduced the refund requested on your return. However, you must contact us within 60 days from the date of your notice to request the reversal. You don't need to provide an explanation or additional documents when you request the reversal, but we'll consider any information you provide us. However if we don't receive information that supports your original return, we may forward your case for audit, in which case the audit staff will contact you within 6 weeks to explain the process and your rights. We're not required to reverse changes we made to the tax withholding or estimated tax payments you reported but will consider the information you provide us.
If you don't contact us within the 60-day period, changes we made to reduce your refund will not be reversed and you'll lose your right to appeal our decision in the U.S. Tax Court. Instead, you may file a claim for refund to dispute the changes. Generally, you must submit the claim within 3 years from the date you filed the tax return, or within 2 years from the date of your last payment for this tax, whichever is later.

For systems that support critical mission and business functions-including military operations, civilian space operations, nuclear power plant operations, and air traffic control operations (especially real-time operational environments)-organizations can identify certain conditions under which those systems revert to a predefined safe mode of operation. The safe mode of operation, which can be activated either automatically or manually, restricts the operations that systems can execute when those conditions are encountered. Restriction includes allowing only selected functions to execute that can be carried out under limited power or with reduced communications bandwidth.

The curing of unsaturated polyester resins at ambient temperatures can in general not be performed by an organic peroxide alone. The radical formation which is necessary - to start the polymerisation reaction - is too slow at ambient temperatures with most generally applied organic peroxides. To speed up the radical formation in a controllable way, organic peroxides must therefore be used in combination with a so called accelerator. For ketone peroxides - like methylethylketone peroxides, cyclohexanone peroxides and acetylacetone peroxide - a cobaltpolymer accelerator must be used. For this purpose the following formulations of cobalt octoate are available:PERGAQUICK CP40, 4% cobalt PERGAQUICK CP12, 1% cobalt with stabilizing agentThe reactivity of the various cobalt accelerator formulations is directly correlated with the cobalt content. Apart from the choice of the ketone peroxide, the cure characteristics of an unsaturated polyester resin/ ketone peroxide mixture can be influenced very effectively by the dosage level of the cobaltpolymer accelerator. When the right peroxide has been chosen and still the required gel time and cure characteristics can not be obtained with the cobaltpolymer accelerator alone, it is possible to increase the reactivity of the cobaltpolymer accelerator by the extra addition of a promotor like PERGAQUICK A200 (DMA). This adaptation of the accelerator system may be necessary when:- a very short gel time and/or fast cure is required, e.g. for RTM or manufacture or polymer concrete- highly inhibited and/or low reactive resins must be cured e.g. bisphenol A/fumarate or vinylestersThe cure system ketone peroxide/cobaltpolymer accelerator can be characterized by:- the relatively low colour, related to cobaltpolymer dosage, of the cured moulding- a very good UV light stability of the moulded parts- the long pot life of the cobalt polymer accelerator in the polyester resinDisadvantages can be that the cure system is more sensitive to moisture, pigments and fillers than the cure system Dibenzoyl peroxide / Amine accelerator. Depending on application area and working conditions, the following accelerator dosagelevels are recommended:PERGAQUICK CP12: 0,02 to 2,0 phr
